High quality for consistently good processing
PALACOS®LV is part of the PALACOS® family and contains the same high quality raw materials as the PALACOS® products which have been used successfully for decades. Reliable product properties result in the smoothest possible and most successful surgical procedures.

Precise application through thin nozzles
In the case of highly viscous cements, application using thin nozzles (as the indication requires) is often impossible or can only be done under very high pressure, which significantly hampers precise application. The low viscosity of PALACOS®LV allows easy and precise application without compromising quality.

Ideal for small and medium-sized joints
The low viscosity offers improved penetration into delicate bone structures enabling good anchorage to joints such as the shoulder and elbow.

Infection prophylaxis through gentamicin additive
Like all products in the PALACOS® family,  PALACOS®LV is also available with added gentamicin antibiotic under the name of PALACOS®LV+G. The use of bone cements containing antibiotics is proven to be effective in preventing infection in the implantation region and reducing the risk of septic loosening of the prosthesis (1).
